Can you do a Free sample?Unfortunately i cannot provide a free sample. I can work with you to develop the image you require, and if you're not satisfied with the initial sketch, i can refund your payment and call the deal off before either of us waste too much time. Paypal offers Buyer-Seller protection which will refund your payment. If that is not enough you can provide a contract for extra protection if the image is not to your liking. "i have many artist whilling to do the work for free" "your work isnt even that good, you should do it for free" "This is for my dying son/wife/uncle/..." "you can watermark the sample" I have heard it all please dont waste our time.

What is your work process?WORK PROCESS Clarity and transparency is the name of the game. I like to keep my clients updated every step of the way. From Rough Sketch, Clean line work, and finally, Rendering (colors, shading, highlights). These steps will vary depending on the image required, but generally, this is the order we follow. We do not move through the stages until your approval is given at each individual stage. This will ensure your satisfaction every step of the way. REVISIONS/ CORRECTIONS I do allow revisions. It is to be expected when creating a new image. There is no extra charge or limit to the number of revisions. There is no extra fee, as long as the corrections are reasonable and dont require an entirely new image after we reach the later stages. For corrections past their stages a small fee may apply, depending on the complexity of the revision. Don't worry, there will be no surprises, everything will be made clear beforehand. THE STAGES Rough Sketch- The rough sketch will be the very first sketch i provide. It will be a bit messy, but it should be very clear where we are headed with the image. The main focus of this stage is layout, poses, and overall composition. The bulk of the corrections are done in this stage Clean Linework - These will be the clean/final lines of the design. This will show off all the small details I couldn't show in the rough sketch. Only the linework and details are being corrected in this stage. Rendering (Colors, Shading, Highlights) - At this stage, we are adding colors and all the cool effects to make the image pop and come to life. In this stage, we are only correcting colors and lighting. This stage ends the process. Once the image has been completed, your approval is given and payment has been received, i will then deliver the final set of files. All the files required will be established beforehand If something is unclear or too confusing please be sure to Contact Us and I can clarify.

What if I am not satisfied with the results? To avoid this, we work the images step by step from rough sketch to final design. Requiring your approval at every stage, before we move on to the next. This will ensure your satisfaction with the end result. If for whatever reason we cannot seem to nail the design or cant seem to get passed a certain stage, after countless currections and adjustments, we can negotiate payment refund. Once the refund has provided, the Images i have created so far, will not be allowed to be used, even in their unfinished form.
-
How quickly can you finish my design?Depends on what exactly you require. I can draw a stick figure quicker than replicating something like the Mona Lisa. Overall i have a very quick turnaround time for all images.

What age did you get into Art and Why?Maye around 8-9. I dont think i ever "got into Art". Most kids are into Art but as we get older some of us just stop doing it. We find other interest and hobbies. Well i was one of those that didnt, so i stuck with Art. To be clear, I never had a special talent and i wasnt gifted. As a matter of fact I had many classmates that were light years better than me, but for whatever reason they just stopped doing Art.

What is your choice of Medium/Tools? Or Programs?Depends what the goal is. For digital work, i mostly use a really old Intuos tablet with Photoshop cs6 and Clip Studio Paint. Yeah the photoshop version is old but it gets the job done. Heck when i first started doing art proffessionally i was using MS paint with a mouse, so this old intuos and old software are a huge upgrade For fun or to practice, i stick to the basics, pencil and paper. Mechanical pencil and a soft paper. I dont like paper with too much texture, unless i am working with a different medium. I will some times experiment with other mediums, but for the most part i stick to pencil and paper.

Who/what are your art inspirations?Ok this one might be impossible to answer, as that depends on the week, the mood, the alignment of the stars and anything else that may be going on. There are so many different artist that inspire me naming a few wouldnt be fair. From animators, random artist on ArtStation, or even classical Painters. It all depends on the week. If im ever lacking inspiration, i simply take a stroll through ArtStation, Pinterest, or even Youtube and just scroll through the millions of talented artist out there doing their thing. There is nothing more inspiring for me than watching another artist create.

How do you get out of an Art Block? It may be counterintuitive but i simply take a break. I go on a walk, maybe watch some tv, read a book, anything to distract me from Art. Its tough to do, specially when you have deadlines, but a nice short walk usually helps.

What do you find easiest about drawing? There is nothing easy about drawing. Its always a challenge, at least for me it is. If it's not a challenge, you're simply not pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. There is always something new to be learned and mastered. Other than that, i think the easiest thing about drawing is how easy it is to lose track of time.

What do you find hardest about drawing?Everything! Everything about art is difficult, but a lot of fun

Any advice for Beginning Artist?Just draw and have fun. Draw as much as possible. Challenge yourself and learn as much as you can. A quick warning to beginners. Its going to be difficult but try your absolute best to not compare your art to other artists work. This can be very defeating. The only reason to compare your work, is when you're using their work as a study tool. A tool to help you find the flaws in your work and help you improve "what techniques did they apply to make their work look better?". The comparison should be motivating and not defeating. When it comes to my own work, I wish I would have worked on a story/comic much sooner. Working on a story has forced me to draw things i never would have drawn otherwise. This is when i saw the most growth.

What Art School did you attend?I didnt attend Art school. I am self taught. I did want to attend the School of Visual Arts here in New York, but was rejected on my first attempt. I was going to take some time and improve my portfolio before re-applying but then LIFE happened and plans changed. If i could go back in time though, i would have loved to attend the Kubert School. Didnt hear about this school until much later in life, but yeah it seems awesome.
